Group formed in: 1988 (disbanded in 1992) Back in 2008! / Members: M.C.J.B. (Juana Burns) Baby-D (Dania Birks) Sassy C (Michelle Franklin). A reminder of how fleeting hip-hop glory can be, female L.A. rappers M.C.J.B. , Baby-D and Sassy C formed 'Just Jammin' Fresh and Def' (J.J. Fad) in 1988. They were a part of the Ruthless Posse headed by Eazy E and produced by Dr. Dre.

JJ Fad is now signed to Uncle Louie Management and Uncle Louie Music Group.

The first hip-hop girl trio to go platinum, and be nominated for a GRAMMY!! The trio featured a youthful, heavily pop-oriented brand of rap that was non-threatening. "Supersonic", produced by The Arabian Prince & Dr. Dre, was number 1 on the pop charts and a top 10 R&B hit, and the album went platinum, peaking at number 1.

Soon after it dropped off the charts, they were a memory. Now they're back and ready to rock the mic again, celebrating they're 20th anniversary of "Supersonic."

They just received an ASCAP music award for co-writing on Fergies hit song "Fergalicious" and are planning to do a 20th anniversary re-mix of "Supersonic."

A lot of you have been asking about our personal lives so here goes:

M.C.J.B.- Married, 5 children 4 girls & 1 step-son, Her son is in his first year of college ant Fresno State on a full-ride Basketball scholarship!! Her 4 girls are dancers and are National tap dancing champions 2 years in a row!! ( See the blog for a video of them dancing).

BABY D'- Single 4 children 3 girls and 1 boy. Her oldest is a senior in High School and very active in school. Her youngest is the boy who is sooo cute and spoiled cuz he's the only boy.

Sassy C'- 4 children 2 boys and 2 girls. Her oldest son plays football in High School and is very good!! Her youngest Daughter is a competitive cheerleader and competes all over the nation. We all live very normal lives and enjoy our families, we put our families first, and that's why we have been out of the business for so long!! But now were back and ready to rock!

WE LOVE OUR FANS, AND IT'S YOU THAT MAKES US WANT TO KEEP PUSHING TO BRING YOU THE GREAT MUSIC THAT YOU LOVED SO MUCH FROM J.J. FAD!!
